Before starting eighty8 vision, I spent 15+ years operating inside rapid-growth, owner-led businesses across industries and business models. Partnering directly with founders to build, lead, and scale teams, systems, and operational structure. From supporting early-stage entrepreneurs building their first teams to leading organizations through acquisition.

My specialty is closing the gap between the current state and what’s possible by developing people, systems, and infrastructure to enable expansion.

By reading people, processes, systems, and dynamics quickly and deeply, I understand the difference between symptoms and sources, and I know what needs to change to better align the resources that are available.

I founded this business advisory practice for women and nonbinary entrepreneurs, helping them build sustainable operational infrastructure while learning to understand and leverage their energy as a strategic asset, so their businesses become a vehicle for the lives they want to create rather than the barrier to them.

Alongside this practice, I offer Intuitive Guidance Sessions. They allow me to apply the same intuitive knowing and energy reading I use in business and large group dynamics to individuals. My insight expands perspective, moves people through uncertainty, and helps them develop deeper trust in their own intuition. I work with both individuals and small groups across all areas of life.
